Nad Al Sheba Pavilion by Nakheel Malls LLC is a new shopping and leisure destination at the Nad Al Sheba Villas community that offers exclusive swimming pool membership just for their residents. They also have popular retailers that complete the residents’ leisure experience in the pavilion such as Starbucks, Spinneys, and Bedashing Beauty, a well-known salon.
Task
Nakheel requested and GLMA Agency delivered a customer portal wherein Nad Al Sheba residents may either book for a day pass access in the swimming pool with choices between weekdays and weekends or avail a membership for one person, a couple, or a family of three or four, with options between 3, 6, and 12 months. Our dedicated team worked on the project from scratch and delivered a fully-functional customer portal that the client has requested for.
Nad Al Sheba Pavilion, a new gated community filled with diverse residents, is a family-friendly, prestigious address. One of the amenities they have to offer is their exclusive swimming pool and they strategically aimed to provide residents with the freedom to choose on how they wish to enjoy this leisure from the comfort of their homes, thus they came up with having a customer portal that GLMA Agency designed and developed considering the residents’ ease of access.
The Nad Al Sheba Pavilion customer portal web application is designed in a way that is easy to navigate, has the brand’s look and feel, compatible with leading browsers and devices, and simply eye-catching.
The customer portal for Nad Al Sheba Pavilion swimming pool access and membership is developed in an up-to-date framework that has an easy-to-use CMS wherein web admins can simply update the information on the app, set a limit on the day pass, and update the prices for memberships and bookings.
Onsite SEO has been implemented to the customer portal which makes it ready for monthly technical SEO activities that will help in putting it at the top of search engine results.
The portal has a calendar wherein customers can select a date when they prefer to visit for a day pass. It is also integrated with a payment gateway, making it easy for customers to pay for their bookings or memberships anytime and anywhere.
